Byron had an infectious smile that brought joy to all who knew him. Byron lived a fruitful and fulfilling life. He was a phenomenal athlete and from an early age Byron loved to play and watch all sports including football, baseball, basketball and golf. He had a veracious quest for knowledge and could be found often watching channels like TLC, Discovery and even KQED all hours of the day and night. The only thing that might have superseded Byron’s love of sports and quest for knowledge was his Sony PS3 – Call of Duty, Madden, NCAA Football – he often played late into the night with his friends.
As much as Byron loved sports, learning new things and his Sony PS3, he loved his family and friends more. He loved spending time with his family and friends, and as much as he wouldn’t admit it, he loved to play with all the little ones, who called him “Uncle B”. Byron was an exceptional young man who had a huge heart and that endeared to all that knew him.
Byron has entrusted the continuance of his legacy and the celebration of his life to his mother Brenda Boyd of Stockton, California, to his mom Theresa Peterson of Fremont, California, and his Dad (Pop) Roderick Peterson of Fremont, California. He wishes his legacy and memory to be carried on by his sister Tiffiny Peterson of Fremont, California, by his brother Trinity Peterson of Fremont, California, Sisters; Brenda Boyd Jr., Jammie Austin, Kendra Austin, Nasha Brock, Nikkole Austin, Yolanda Green, Brothers; DeArio Austin, DeMario Austin, James Austin Jr, Tony Sholter, Shaun George, Ryan Buchanan, Justin Jacquez, Russell Morton, Patrick Dillaboy. He wishes his memory to be cherished by all of his uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
