She came back to the United States as an immigrant in 1989 through the sponsorship of James Stephen and Relecita. One of the best privileges and blessings that she received while living in the United States is that she gained her United States citizenship on August 20, 1997.

To the glory of God, our mother lived a very wonderful God-blessed full and fulfilled Christian life. She was a woman of great faith and prayer, who lived her Christian life consistently – through loving others, conquering the trials of life by total dependence in Jesus Christ, her Lord and Savior. In the churches she attended and among all her relatives she was known and respected as a humble, loving and wise Christian woman. Having accomplished God’s purpose in her life, she went to be with the Lord on September 7, 2010, at approximately 6:06 A.M.
