Ernesto Dela Pena Cabugao was born in Dagupan City, Philippines on September 11, 1936 to parents Jorge C. Cabugao and Rosita D. Cabugao. He was a salesman in his early years and auto mechanic as a sideline job.
Ernesto migrated in London, England on July 1988 and worked as a postman for the Royal Mail for 9 Years. He then migrated to the United States on June 1997 and worked for different company as maintenance.
His favorite places to see are the historic museums, classic cars, arts and planes. He also loves to watch action/war movies.
He was known by many of his friends and relatives as jolly, kind, generous, and outgoing person. He is thoughtful, loving, and supportive husband and father. His memory will be cherished by those whose lives he touched and we mourn his untimely death, but celebrate the way he lived his life.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Milagros, his children Roderick, Nelson, Marivic and Jocelyn, his daughters-in-law, sons-in-law and grandchildren.
