I have known Fran since I was a kid. I remember she would take care of our home when we would go on family vacations. I would remember coming home and finding a teddy bear on my bed from Fran. It would make me feel like she cared about us. I remember how she would be right on time and ready for the block parties. She would always bring us gifts and snacks. She was always caring and loving. She would always think of my daughter. She would always give her ice cream, ice cream, and toys. I think we couldn't ask for a better neighbor she was always there and was there to listen.  We will miss you Fran and we will always think of you. I will always remember our dinners together and I hope you are happily reunited with your parents who you missed so much.
