George K. Sakamoto, loving husband, brother, uncle and businessman passed away in March. George was born in Los Angeles, California and was reared in Fowler. He graduated from Fresno State and started his career in advertising and graphic arts, ultimately using his talents in marketing and sales. He was known for his deep love for his wife, Norma, his unique sense of humor, honesty, love for golfing, fishing, sports and the San Francisco Giants. George enjoyed being with his family, especially his nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his wife, Norma, brothers, Roger, Jim, Sonny, Roy, Jackson and preceded in death by his parents, Asako Sakamoto-Masui, Yoshio Sakamoto, stepfather, Frank Masui, Ron and sister June.
