Harry and I had been friends for over 55 years. I am so glad that we kept in contact as there wasn't anything that we couldn't talk about with each other - a true friendship.

There has been a memorial placed at Find-A-Grave for family and friends to visit at any time.

He will always be in our hearts.

What a loving and special brother. I will miss his kind heart and helpful hand. He did his best to care for our mother and make sure she was comfortable. What more could a son do and be to his family. Those who sincerely cared knew what a caring person, friend, father, brother, uncle, cousin he was to all who came in contact with him. I'll love him forever...

Hal worked at the Community Child Care Council (4Cs) for many years. He helped us improve, and maintain the child care centers operated by 4Cs. I worked with him for years, and the news of this loss seems nearly impossible. There was something about Hal that made me feel he would live forever. His attitude at work, and in friendships was splendid. I always smiled when I saw him. I retired years ago, but when I heard this news, I felt a huge loss, and a hole in my heart - he was such a good man. He and Ruth have been quite a team! I am thinking of you Ruth, and all his beloved family.
