Jose A. Bartolome, 69, of Milpitas, California died peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on November 22, 2013. Born in Baccara, Ilocos Norte Philippines to the late Enrique and Adela Bartolome. He was preceded in death by his two sisters Glo and Gonnie; and a brother, Max. He was educated in the Philippines and graduated from the University of the East with a BS degree in Business Administration in 1967. One of his proudest moments was when he immigrated to the United States in 1987. While in the United States he worked in electronics and construction with his brother Max Bartolome (late).
Jose is survived by his loving wife Tessie of 35 years, daughters Jennyfer Bartolome, Jeannette Bartolome, son Gerald Bartolome. Jose was a loving father and husband and a friend to all. His family and many friends will deeply miss him.
Jose was a kind, jovial, hard-working man who loved and cherished his family. He took pleasures in the simplest things in life. During his spare time Jose loved to listen to music and garden.He took pride in his many vegetables and fruits that he grew. He was a selfless man that put his family first above all else. To his family he left a shining example of determination, dedication, and unending enthusiasm.
