

Born in July 14, 1953 at Quezon City, Philippines. Lovingly called “tita baby” by her nieces and nephews and “ate baby” by her siblings and cousins. She grew up with a passion for helping others. She met the love of her life Antero “teroy” O. Del Rosario and that love blossomed into three beautiful children Joan, Jean and Jason. At a young age of 32, she became widowed but being a strong willed person as she was, she was able to overcome and provide for her children. She studied Bachelor of Science major in Education at Arellano University. Took her Master’s Degree at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and completed her Ph.D ( Doctor of Education) at New Era University. She begun her teaching carreer at New Era University and became a part of Physical Education Department from years 2000-2014. Her compassion in helping others driven her to become a pioneer as an ALS National Instructional Manager in teaching Alternative Learning Services (ALS) for those out of school youth and adults allowing them to complete their education at their pace in various community settings. She dedicated the last 14 years in teaching as a Head Teacher in Physical Education Department. After retiring she moved to the United States. Juliet’s loved for her family and friends was unparalleled. She spent weekends cooking. She is a devout Deaconess and Finance Officer in her Church ( Iglesia Ni Cristo). Her enduring kindness earned her the admiration of friends, neighbors and colleagues alike. Even in later years, Juliet was known for her warm smile and tireless efforts to uplift those around her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, faith an unwavering belief in the goodness of humanity.
