Naida Fadrilan was born on October 26, 1945 in Jones, Romblon, Philippines. She passed away peacefully after a short illness on May 31, 2026 at the age of 80. Naida was the second of ten children of Victorio and Corazon Fadrilan. She was born with intellectual disability but was blessed with a vivacious personality.
In 1985, she migrated to the US accompanied by our brother Edgar and his wife Sandra. Upon the death of our parents, Naida lived in a care home in San Jose for 16 years where she participated in daily adult care program. Naida spent her weekends with family to attend church services, family celebrations and to bond with her many nieces and nephews. Despite her mental limitations, she lived a very full life. She was the angel in our family and was deeply loved and cared for by all.
