Neil Edward Copeland, age 76, of Oakland, California passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
A graveside service for Neil will be held Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Rd, Dixon, CA 95620.
