Nestor Prado Baliza was born on May 16, 1957 in Malinao, Albay, Philippines. He died at the age of 57 at San Jose Ca on December 22, 2014. He was the eldest of four children.
Nestor is survived by his mother, Alta, brother, Bobby and sisters Coy and Mely, in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
