Ofelia Labutong Bercasio passed away peacefully at Livermore Senior Valley Living Care on August 31, 2019 in Livermore, CA at the age of 74. Ofelia was born on April 15, 1945 in Gerona, Tarlac in the Philippines. She graduated from the University of the East in 1970 with a degree in Education. She married Pascual Bercasio, Jr. on December 23, 1973. She resided in Milpitas, CA for 43 years.
Ofelia is survived by her husband of 45 years, Pascual Bercasio Jr.; daughter, Kathy Bercasio; and daughter, Carolyn Kanoh and her husband Brian. She also leaves behind her grandsons Kyle and Kayden Kanoh and many nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Diogracias & Trinidad Labutong, and her siblings Esterilita Daquigan, Fred Labutong, and Jean Labutong.
Surviving sisters are Mary Bala, Vilma Pagat, Norma Daquigan and Daisy Cabalitazan.
