Rhonda, 61, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at 12:40 am PDT, after a battle with cancer.

Born to parents Cecil and Alzonia Wiliams (both deceased) in Seattle, Washington, Rhonda was the youngest of 4 children, eventually graduating from Galileo High School in San Francisco, California. As a preacher’s kid (PK), Rhonda grew up in church and served the Lord faithfully as an adult member of True Vine Baptist Church (San Jose, CA), Faith Christian Community Church (Milpitas, CA), Fremont Bible Fellowship (Fremont, CA), and Calvary Temple Church (Concord, CA).

Rhonda had a passion for counseling married couples, singles, youth, and children, both inside the church and professionally as a licensed therapist. She and her family moved to Antioch, California in 1999, where she lived for the remainder of her life.

Rhonda is loved and survived by her husband, Fred Hawley, her daughter and son-in-law, Chantell and Ryan Baker, and her son, James Hall.

She is also survived by Lillie Wade (sister), John Williams (brother), Leon and Ven Williams (brother and sister-in-law), Alonzo and Michelle Walker-Wade (nephew and his wife), Yalonda Wade (niece), Yvette Wade (niece), and Amiel, Kalee, and Kendall Wade (nephew and his children).

Friends and family are invited to a viewing on Sunday, October 27, 2013, from 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM and a celebration of life service on Monday, October 28, 2013, at 11 AM, both being held at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park & funeral Home, 48800 Warm Springs Blvd., Fremont, California. A repast immediately following the memorial service and burial will be held at Family Bible Fellowship, 37620 Filbert Street, Newark, California.
