

He was survived by his wife, Rosario, children, Marie Rose (Elmer) and Marigold (Vicente Jr.), grandchildren, Samantha Isabel, Lemuel Joseph, and Marie, and sisters Teresita and Delia. He was predeceased by his parents, sisters Editha and Minda, brother Oscar, and grandson Edrian Gabriel. He was born to the late Simeon and Basilisa Limbag, in Castillejos, Zambales, Philippines on September 15, 1941. He was married to Rosario Alipio on June 23, 1968, and they were blessed with two daughters, Marie Rose and Marigold. He worked in the local government and electric company in Zambales for more than 18 years. He was an active member of St. Nicholas de Tolentino Parish and has been a past Grand Knight and Faithful Navigator of the Knights of Columbus. In February 2000, he immigrated to the US with his wife and stayed with family in San Diego, California for a few months. They, later on, moved to the Bay area and were joined by their daughter, Marigold, in October 2010. He also became an active member of the Most Holy Trinity Church in San Jose, California, and served as a lay minister. Rudy was a patient and romantic husband, a devoted father to his children, and a loving grandfather to his grandchildren. He valued his faith and his family. He loved telling stories about his work and politics. He loved cracking jokes and making everyone laugh. He will be deeply missed.
