She was born in the town of Magalang, Pampanga, Philippines on January 10, 1936 and was married to Fernando P. Mutia, Sr., who preceded her in death.
She was a housewife who devoted her life to her family. She was a beloved wife, a loving mother, and a proud grandmother. She was a caring person, always putting others before herself. She had the most generous, loving heart, and touched many lives with her presence. Her family and friends will always be thankful for the opportunity of having her a part of their lives.
She was survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Maria Victoria and Emerito Cordero; daughter and son-in-law, Carmela and Gary Koolpe; son and daughter-in-law, Fernando, Jr. and Irene Mutia; daughter, Rossana Mutia; grandchildren, Julia Gabrielle Cordero and Kean Brandon Mutia.
