Rose Marie LaBine

Rose Marie LaBine, of Milpitas, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2019. She was 88. Born on January 20, 1931 in Fresno, CA, Mrs. LaBine moved to Richmond, CA at age 14. She met her loving husband of 70 years, Archie Sr. in 1947, before marrying in 1949. Mrs. LaBine was a resident of Milpitas for 64 years and lived in the Sunnyhills neighborhood where she raised her five children: Archie Jr., Renee, Ricky, Michael, and Lisa. Family was the most important aspect of Mrs. LaBine’s life. She will be forever lovingly remembered by her husband, sister Agnes, children, grandchildren: Jarrod, Allie, Archie III, Michael, Loriann, TJ, Jessica, Lila, Norrah, Ricky Jr., Marnee, Michelle, Myla, Jeffery, and Dylan, great-grandchildren: Jesamine, Jaelen, Joseph, Trayvin, Tristan, Angelina, Kristian, Kayden, Maev and Jaim, son-in-law Terry, and daughter-in-laws Carolyn and Lindi. Mrs. LaBine worked for the Milpitas Unified School District in the school kitchen for 18 years. She kept in contact with many of the ladies she worked with over the years and attended monthly luncheons at Omega restaurant. Mrs. LaBine was predeceased by her parents, Elia and Rosa La Centra, brothers Allie and Vince La Centra, son-in-law Dale, daughter-in-law Rosa, and grandson Clinton.

I will always remember how my Mom would introduce me to others as "this is my baby". The time we spent together will be so cherished in my heart. I miss her dearly!
