Zeny was the eldest of 7 children, born on April 30, 1946 in Talisay, Camarines Norte, Philippines to the parents of Rafael Rala and Tarcela Ong. On January 1, 1969 she married the love of her life Romulo Aquino Dizon and celebrated 44 years of marriage with him. On March 16, 2013 surrounded by her family, Zeny entered peacefully into eternal life with our Savior Jesus Christ. Zeny is survived by her husband, 5 children, Rozelyn Fojas(Anthony), Maria Barcibal(Ariel), Romulo Dizon II (Jennifer), Romulo Dizon III (Karen), Lyddy Ho (Joseph) and her 2 sisters Angelina Jardin & Evelyn Ibis and brother Ramon Rala. She will be dearly missed by her 11 grandchildren whom she adored with all her heart: Roxanne Fojas, Matthew Dizon, Adrielle Barcibal, Keanna Fojas, Caitlin Dizon, Jacob Ho, Emily Dizon, Nicholas Dizon, Tristan Ho, Gabrielle Ho, and Nolyn Dizon. Visitation services will be held on March 25 & 26 from 10 am to 9pm at Lima Family Milpitas-Fremont Mortuary. Funeral services will be held on March 27, 2013 10:30am at Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church in Milpitas. Interment will follow immediately at Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Fremont, CA.
