Bradley “Brad” L. Austin, 62 of Angola, passed away on Friday afternoon, March 8, 2024, at his residence after his courageous battle with cancer. Brad had worked for over 35 years at Dexter Axle in Fremont. He was a 1981 graduate of Cloverdale Senior High School. Brad loved his motorcycle and loved to ride. He was a member of the ABATE Motorcycle Club. Brad enjoyed traveling, camping, hunting and zip lining. Alongside his wife Kasey, they loved to explore the outdoors on their Talon. Brad had his pilot’s license and loved to fly.
Brad was born on October 29, 1961, in Lebanon, IN, a son of the late Donald R. and Donna J. (Morgan) Austin.
He was united in marriage to Kathleen “Kasey” J. Cuyler on October 29, 2000, in Las Vegas, NV. Kasey survives.
Additional survivors include a son: Tim (Jackie Dever) Austin of Dry Ridge, KY; a daughter: Kristyn Austin of Fremont; a sister: LeeAnn (Lewis) Hughes of Lima, OH; a stepson: Anthony Cuyler of Texas; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. one niece and two nephews, 13 Great nieces and nephews
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son: David Austin.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Beams Funeral Home, 200 Toledo St., Fremont, Indiana.
Funeral services will also be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Beams Funeral Home in Fremont.
