Charles A. Calhoun

Charles A. Calhoun II, 72, of Jimmerson Lake at Fremont and formerly of Woodburn and Portland, Ind., died Tuesday, July 19, 2011, at his home.
Mr. Calhoun was a retired facilities manager at the BF Goodrich Tire Plant in Woodburn.
He was a graduate of Portland High School and a U.S. Navy veteran.
He was born Jan. 28, 1939, in Charleston, W.Va., to Charles A. and Olive M. (Morton) Calhoun. He married Rebecca K. ‘‘Becki’’ Kirkwood on Dec. 14, 1963, in Charlton Heights, W.Va. She survives at Jimmerson Lake.
Also surviving are a son, Steve and Jacy Calhoun of Arlington, Va.; a daughter, Beth and Matt Foley of Harrison Township, Mich.; and a granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John Calhoun.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at Beams Funeral Home in Fremont.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Ken Walker officiating.
Memorials are to the American Cancer Society.
