Collin Wesley Book

Collin Wesley Book, age 16, of Fremont, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday evening October 20, 2015, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, Indiana, due to injuries he received in a tree trimming accident.

He was born in Auburn, Indiana on January 15, 1999, the son of Jason and Jennifer (Asher) Book.

He was a sophomore at Fremont High School, he enjoyed being in the choir, playing baseball, Foot ball, wrestling, and participating in track.

Survivors include his parents, Jason and Jennifer Book of Fremont, Indiana, a brother, Cole Wesley Book of Fremont, Indiana, his great-grandparents, Hershel and Carolyn (Neutz) Smith of Fremont, Indiana, grandparents, Cathy (Smith) Rothrock and Tim Rothrock of Nashville, Indiana, grandfather, Carl Wesley Book of Fremont, Indiana, grandparents, Bill Asher and Gayle Asher, Orland, Indiana, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by a great-great-grandmother Lydia Neutz.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday October 24, 2015 from 12:00 noon until 3 pm, at the Zion Missionary Church, Fremont, Indiana

Funeral Services will be held at 3 pm Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Zion Missionary Church, 205 North Ray Road, Fremont, Indiana, with Rev. Jon Bruney officiating.

Burial will follow the services at Lakeside Cemetery, Fremont, Indiana.
