David Rodriguez

He was born on October 15, 1947 in Salvatierra, Guanajuato, Mexico.

David married Juanita Garza on November 16, 1972 in Imlay City, Michigan, they were happily married for 53 years.

David enjoyed gardening, fishing, cooking for his family, spending time with his grandkids and great-grandkids, and being outdoors.

He also enjoyed staying connected to his family no matter how far away they lived.

David was a hard worker and was very dedicated. He retired from Allegheny Coatings in Fremont, Indiana after many years. He also worked for Campbell's Fresh Mushroom Farm in Howe for 17 years.

Survivors include his wife, Juanita Rodriguez of Orland, Indiana, children, Norma (Ronny Jones) Aguilar of Orland, Indiana, David Rodriguez of Anderson, Indiana and Crystal Rodriguez (David Dygert) of Orland, Indiana, grandchildren, Tabitha, Cynthia, Andrew, David, Augustina, Erik, Anthony, Atticus and Adesza, 14 great-grandchildren, a sister, Reina, brothers, Rafael, Francisco and Jose Alberto, and beloved pet dog, Max.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Juana (Jaime) Rodriguez, brothers, Benjamin, Serafin, sisters, Angela and Marta, and a great-granddaughter, Athena and a nephew, Jimmy.

Visitation will be held from 12 pm until 2 pm Saturday, August 8, 2026 at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana.

A Funeral Service will follow at 2 pm Saturday, August 8, 2026 at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana. Father Osman Ramos will officiate the service.
