Dolores M. "Bibbin" Somers

She was born on April 16, 1928 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the daughter of George and Lillian (Anderson) Harding, they preceded her in death.

She graduated from Fremont High School in 1946. She was co-owner with her husband of ADAKA Corporation in Fremont.

She was a member of the Kingdom Hall Of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Her hobbies included, gardening, cooking, canning, and she loved music and dancing, and burning hamburgers on the stove. She was raised in Fremont, and spent her summers at Lake George, she also had a family farm near Clear Lake.

She married Arthur L. Somers, Sr., on October 19, 1946 in Fremont, Indiana, and he preceded her in death in 2002.

Survivors include, one son, Art L. (Patty) Somers, Jr. of Annapolis, Maryland, two daughters, Karel (Bernard) Ross of Fremont, Indiana, and Ardis (Randy) Palmerton of Fremont, Indiana, seven grandchildren, Staci (Michael) Clark of Annapolis, MD., Tony (Tracey) Somers of New Jersey, Chris Cronan of Aspen, CO., Rebecca Cronan Wright (Brian) of Austin, TX., Gabriel Palmerton of Houston, TX., Leslie (Ben) Hawver of Angola, IN., Amber (Aldo) Castaneda of Angola, IN., twelve great-grandchildren, two sisters, Florence Townsend of Perris, CA., Marilyn (Richard) LaLone of Fremont, IN., and two brothers, Robert (Germanine) Harding of Adrian, MI., and David (Nancy) Harding of Julian, CA.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Virginia Salsbury, and two brothers, George and Ross Harding.

Calling hours will be held from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday January 28, 2014 at Beams Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 A.M. Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Beams Funeral Home, with Elder Ron Keller officiating.

Burial will be at Jamestown Cemetery of Fremont, Indiana
