Donna Jean Russell

Donna was born on November 9, 1937 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Howard and Elmira (Gensenleiter) Colledge.

She attended Scott High School in Toledo, Ohio.

Donna married Paul Russell on November 5, 1955 in Toledo, Ohio. He preceded her in death on February 22, 2023.

She enjoyed cooking, baking, country music, working in her flower garden and spending time with family.

Survivors include sons, Randy Russell of Coldwater, Michigan, Donald (Gayle) Russell of Swanton, Ohio and John (Wendy) Russell of Fremont, Indiana and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by sons, Paul Russell, Jr. and Gregory Russell and 9 sisters and 12 brothers.

Visitation will be held from 10 am until 11 am Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana.

Funeral Services will follow at 11 am Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana. Evangelist Scott Saltsman will officiate the service.

Burial will be at Ray-Covenanter Cemetery, Fremont, Indiana.

Memorial contributions in her memory may be directed to the Community Humane Shelter of Steuben County or to the Fremont American Legion Cassel Post # 257.
