

He was born May 26, 1930, to Clarence F. and Anna (Novy) Antrup they preceded him in death.
He married Alda L. Burch on May 27, 1957, in Angola, Indiana. She survives.
He retired after 25 years of service from Moore Business Forms (R.R. Donnelly) in Angola, Indiana, in 1992. He also formerly worked for Dana-Weatherhead in Angola, Indiana, and worked construction on the Indiana, Illinois, Ohio Toll Roads, and also on Interstate 69, and was a farmer.
He was a 1950 graduate of Fremont High School, was a United States Navy veteran, serving during the Korean War. He was a member of Fairview Missionary Church in Angola.
Surviving are his wife, Alda L. Antrup of Pleasant Lake, Ind.; two sons, James D. (Beth) Antrup on Bentonville, Ark., and Scott A. Antrup of Hudson, Ind.; four grandchildren, Trent (Elizabeth) Antrup, Megan Antrup, Tyler Antrup and Daniel Antrup; three great-grandchildren, Jasmyne, Jocelyne and Abigail; a sister, Donna Budd of Coldwater, Mich.; two sisters-in-law, Thelma Antrup of Fremont, Ind., and Mary Antrup of Mishawaka, Ind.; three brothers-in-law: Hal (Karen) Burch of Fremont, Ind., James (Marsha) Burch of Hillsdale, Mich., and Angus Burch of Ann Arbor, Mich.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Elsworth Antrup, Charles Antrup, Lester Antrup; and five sisters, Helen Meyers, Jennie Flansburg, Opal Hassett, Annabelle Comstock and Shirley Stultz.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday, January 18, 2014, at Fairview Missionary Church, Angola, Ind.
Funeral services 1 p.m. Saturday, January 18, 2014, at Fairview Missionary Church in Angola with the Rev. Norm Fuller. Burial will be in Fremont Cemetery at Fremont, Indiana, with military committal services conducted by members of the Fremont American Legion Cassel Post # 257.
Memorials are to Fairview Missionary Church of Angola, Indiana.
