

She was born in Edon, Ohio October 9, 1923, the daughter of Florence and Ellsworth Bingaman and grew up in Fremont, Indiana. She graduated from Fremont High School and attended Fort Wayne Business College. She married James Zuber July 5, 1946. Eloise and Jim raised their three sons in Fremont and Angola. Eloise was a devoted member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Angola, Indiana, and she worked at First National Bank of Fremont and Hendry Park Elementary School. Eloise was a kind, caring and loving woman who was known for her volunteering spirit and reaching out to others in need. Eloise loved spending time with her family and friends and traveling. She will be remembered for her kindness and love of children. Eloise will be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ellsworth and Florence Bingaman; husband, James Zuber; two sons, Patrick Zuber and Douglas Zuber; sister, Jean Lauer; and brother, Richard Bingaman.
She is survived by son and daughter–in-law, Tom and Gloria Zuber; daughter-in-law, Linda Zuber; grandchildren, Chris Zuber, Allison Fraser, Leah Twilley, Brent Zuber and Logan Zuber; seven great- grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and friend and companion, Howard Bauer.
Calling hours will held from 5-8 pm Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Beams Funeral Home in Fremont, Indiana.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 am Friday, October 17, 2014 at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana, with Father Robert G. Showers officiating.
Burial will be at Lakeside cemetery, Fremont, Indiana.
Memorials are requested to Hospice or RISE.
