He was born on July 8, 1942 in Celina, Ohio.
Survivors include his wife, Jennifer (Privett) Davis of Lake James, Fremont, Indiana, children, Robin (Tim) Tribbett of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Cheri (Benny) Trevino of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Lorrie Gruesbeck of Angola, Indiana, grandchildren, Rick, Brad, Stephanie, Brittany and Aaron, several great-grandchildren and a sister, Diane.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Harold Bissell and Frances Evelyn (Cordry) Bissell, 1st wife, Patricia “Pat” Bissell, a daughter, Leann Gruesbeck, and brothers, Gene Bissel and Rex Bissell.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time.
