   So sorry to hear of Jims’ passing.  He would always stop in to chat when he would see us outside in the yard, whether on his golf cart or in his car.  He liked to fuss over our dog Dexter and always offer us a golf cart ride home when he would see us walking.  He could be cantankerous at times, but that was just Jim.  He was a good guy who always had a lot to talk about.  We will miss him.

Jim was a great neighbor for almost 30 years.  He was always available to help with my girls, getting them off the school bus and taking them on golf cart rides.  I visited with him just after Thanksgiving and he was reminiscing times when they were little. In true Jim fashion, he said "they were pains in ass then and they are pains in the ass now, but I sure do love them."  They loved him like a grandfather.  He was a good man and he will be greatly missed.
