Jean was a lovely lady who could cook the world's finest well done roast and explain the attributes of every product in the Shaklee line. Funny the two things I remember so well after... 29 years... I can also hear her answering her phone: "Crandalls'". Nancy and family please accept my condolences with a big hug from Iowa... Jen Bidle Anderhalden

Jean was the best accompanist both my mother and I have EVER had. It was such an honor to be able to perform on my flute while Jean accompanied me on the piano, and I am so honored to have these memories of her. I cannot believe she is really gone, but I know she is enjoying ever minute of Heaven with her husband and the grand pianos provided. Keeping you all in my prayers.

Your Mom was a very special person and I enjoyed her company on many occasions. The Meeks and Crandall family have shared many school memories and of our children growing up at the same time in the same community. Our deepest sympathy to your family.

We enjoyed being Jean's neighbor and were privileged to hear her music. We'll continue to enjoy the cd that was made with some of her music. Our granddaughter, Delaney, liked playing cards with Jean. She was an outstanding member of the church and community, and we are glad we knew her. One of her last comments to Helen on the phone was that she appreciated the starts of forget-me-nots we gave her that grew so well in her flower garden. She loved her yard. Our deepest sympathies as you mourn the passing of Jean. She was so talented, kind, and generous with her time. She will truly be missed by many. You will be in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time and in the days to come.
We know the musicians in heaven just welcomed another great one of their own.
