Joan Frances Hudak

She was born on November 13, 1932 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late John and Caroline (Ursini) Ungarsky.

Joan graduated from Notre Dame High School in Cleveland, Ohio.

She married John Anthony Hudak on October 4, 1952 in Cleveland, Ohio.

Sisters: Marilyn Driscoll (Jerry - deceased) of Parma, Ohio. Carol Newman (George) of Parma, Ohio and John Ungar (Bernice - both deceased) of Johnstown, PA.

Children - Jeanne (Bill) Nance of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Susan Hudak (Stephen Tomlanovich) of Kirkland, Washington, John (Suzette) Hudak of Edwardsburg, Michigan, Nancy (Grand Nancy) Hudak of Portland, Oregon, Charles (Leslie) Hudak of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Grandchildren- Will (Ashley) Nance of South Lyon, Michigan, John (Jessica) Nance of Rockford, Michigan, Nathan Tomlanovich of Seattle, Washington, Sarah Abbott (Ryan) of West Linn, Oregon, Gage (Laney) Hudak of Edwardsburg, Michigan, Olivia Hudak of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Auri Hudak of Edwardsburg, Michigan, Jack Hudak of Edwardsburg, Michigan, Luke Hudak of Edwardsburg, Michigan and Nicholas Hudak of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Great-grandchildren, Liam, Calvin and Timothy Nance of South Lyon, Michigan, Hannah and Henry Nance of Rockford, Michigan, Oliver, Finnley and Hudson Abbott of West Linn, Oregon, Jay and Jovie Hudak of Edwardsburg, Michigan.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia.

Visitation will be held from 11 am until 12 noon on Friday, July 17, 2026 at St. Paul Chapel Catholic Church, 8780 East 700 North, Clear Lake, Fremont, Indiana.

A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12 Noon at St. Paul Chapel. Father Osman Ramos will officiate the Mass.

Burial will follow at Mundy Cemetery, Kinderhook Township, Michigan.
