Larry Keith Berndt

He was born on March 4, 1950 in Garrett, Indiana to the late Milton Arthur and Florence Luella (Woodcock) Berndt.

Larry married Martha Searfoss on December 5, 1970.

He retired as an engineer at Raytheon, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Larry enjoyed the lake, especially boating and sailing, and travelling. He also was a Ham Radio Operator. He also was a longtime Masonic member, serving in Forest Lodge F & AM Masonic Lodge in Butler, Indiana, Scottish Rite of Fort Wayne, Angola York Rite Lodge and Mizpah Shrine Club.

Survivors include his wife, Martha “Marty” Berndt of Snow Lake, Fremont, Indiana, and brothers, Paul Berndt of Port Clinton, Ohio, Craig Berndt of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Curt Berndt of Indianapolis, Indiana and Terry Berndt of Auburn, Indiana.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Jeff Berndt.

Following his wishes there will be no services at this time.
