She was born on April 18, 1948 in Angola, Indiana to the late Clarence and Opal (Bolinger) Huss.
Linda graduated from Fremont High School in 1966. She later continued her education receiving a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree's from Indiana Wesleyan University.
She retired as an accountant from Amcast, Wheel Tech Division in Fremont.
Linda enjoyed the lake, spending time at the sandbar, traveling, taking cruises and music.
Survivors include her son, Rick Wilson of Angola, Indiana, several grandchildren, and a brother, Lanny (Shirley) Huss of Noblesville, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Norbert “Norm” Maldeney and a brother and a sister-in-law, Leroy and Shirley Huss.
Following her wishes private services will be held at a later time.
