Lois Jean Caldwell

She was born on July 19, 1954 in Angola, Indiana to the late Carl and Lois Marsh Schaeffer.

Lois graduated from Fremont High School.

She married Jeff Hall. She later married Kenneth Caldwell, on August 27, 2005, he preceded her in death on November 6, 2024.

Lois formerly worked at Little Lambs Daycare, Fremont, Indiana.

She had attended church at the One Truth Christian Outreach in Kendallville, Indiana.

Lois enjoyed going for car rides and spending time with family and friends. Lois loved the color purple, anyone attending the services may wear something purple in her memory.

Survivors include her son, Jason Hall of Angola, and brother, Donnie Schaeffer, both of Angola, Indiana.

She was also preceded in death, her former husband Jeff Hall and brothers, Ronnie and Connie Schaeffer.

Visitation will be held from 12 pm until 1 pm Friday, October 31, 2025 at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana.

Funeral Services will follow at 1 pm Friday at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana. Pastor Tommie Keene will officiate the service.

Burial will be at Fremont Cemetery, Fremont, Indiana.

Memorial contributions may be directed in care of the family.
