Lucy Ann Munger

She was born on June 23, 1939 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to the late, August and Hazel (Smith) Crawford.

Lucy married Orlo Dennis “Denny” Munger on December 31, 1955 in Angola, Indiana. He preceded her in death on November 16, 2022.

She worked for Prairie Heights Schools as a bus driver, retiring after 27 years.

Lucy enjoyed bowling and dancing in her younger years, she also enjoyed pulling weeds in her garden and yard, she liked Lottery scratch off tickets, and especially loved spending time with her family.

Survivors include daughters, Cindy (John) Bowers of Orland, Indiana, Pat (David) Hammons of Corbin, Kentucky and Belinda Jerema of Arizona, 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by an infant daughter, Debra Munger, a sister, Virginia Bayles, and brothers, Jack Crawford, John Crawford, Dave Crawford and Gail Crawford.

Visitation will be held from 10 am until 11 am Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana.

Funeral Services will follow at 11 am Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana. Pastor Rodney Snyder will officiate the service.

Burial will be a Flint Cemetery, Angola, Indiana.

Memorial donations may be directed to the Orland Fire & Rescue or to Heart to Heart Hospice.
