Mary was born February 17, 1961 in Chicago, IL to Nicholas and Henrietta (Wentzel) Mazurowski.
She is survived by 3 children Jacquelyn, Christine, and Jason ; 9 grandchildren; her mother; and 5 siblings.
She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Keyes, her father, and 3 siblings.
