He was born on May 22, 1954 in Bedford, Indiana to the late Herbert Joseph and Martha (DeMint) Brogan.
Survivors include his longtime companion, Mollie Janacek of Angola, Indiana, sister, Sheila Heasman of England and brother, Herbert Joseph “Joe” Brogan, Jr of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Private family services will be held.
