Mike was born on July 6, 1961 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the son of Lawrence LeRoy and Lucy Mildred (West) Eby.
He was a graduate of New Haven High School. Currently he was working as a fork lift driver at the Menard’s Distribution Center in Holiday City, Ohio. He formerly worked as a truck driver for Metal Spinners in Angola, Indiana, and also formerly worked at Goodyear in Fort Wayne, Indiana. His hobbies included bowling.
Survivors include two brothers, James L. Eby of New Haven, Indiana, and Douglas L. (Jo Ellen) Eby of Sugar Land, Texas.
Mike was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence LeRoy Eby, on June 17, 2007, and his mother, Lucy Mildred Eby, on June 27, 2007
There will be no services.
