Philip Wayne Lee

Phil grew up in Elkhart. He later served in the United States Army, serving in Vietnam.

Phil was also known as Renegade. He loved playing bingo, watching wrestling and riding motorcycles. Phil also enjoyed being in a motorcycle club.

Survivors include his wife, Louella Lee of Angola, Indiana, sons, Philip Michael Lee of Elkhart, Indiana, Charles Lee of Idaho and Felix Salazar of Michigan, a daughter, Jody Parrish (Tori Tackett) of Hudson, Indiana, grandchildren, Desiree Salazar, Jeremy Salazar, Sonita Salazar, Felix Salazar, Cody Salazar, Briyuna Lopes, Samantha and Little Phil, several great-grandchildren, a sister, Cyndy Showalter of Florida, a sister-in-law, Nellie Rowe of Angola, Indiana and brothers-in-law, Billy Cummings of Angola, Indiana, John (Amanda) Cummings of Pleasant Lake, Indiana and Jesse (Lori) Cummings of Angola, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Keiser, grandchildren, Jonathan and Emily, mother and father-in-law, Bill and Connie Cummings, a sister-in-law, Connie Nelson and a brother-in-law, George Cummings.

A Memorial Visitation will be held from 11 am until 1 pm Thursday, October 15, 2026 at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana.

A Graveside Service will follow immediately after the visitation at Fremont Cemetery, Fremont, Indiana. Rev. Jon Bruney will be the officiant.
