Years ago Shane and I worked at the same location . We lived in the same addition and visited once in a while. Last year we connected on line and had many conversations about life, love, faith, and eternity. He shared his love for Shannon and how blessed he was to have her beside him. He was so very proud of his kids . I will miss those conversations. I wish I had known him better. God bless you as you go through this difficult time.

I was a childhood friend thru our parents. We would hang out while our dads played fast pitch softball at Johnny appleseed park. We had lots of sleepovers and played baseball together. At 12yrs old he had The gap band album. He was one of the only true solid friends I had. I wish we could have went fishing again. Goodbye my friend.

I wish I could have known Shane a little better. He always had a beautiful smile on him. I still remember how nervous Shannon was to go on her first date with him. Her fears quickly changed to realizing that she had met the man of her dreams. I am so sorry that their love story was cut short. Shane I am forever grateful that you came into her life even though it was for but a brief moment. You showed her what love was and I know I my heart someday you will be reunited. May you Rest In Peace no longer in pain.

😳Hey Bro, I thought of you when I read this! Mark Linton wrote: A real man is the kind of man that when your feet hit the floor each morning the devil says Oh Crap, he's up! Brother, life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat u right. Forgive the ones who don't just because you can. Believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands. If it changes your life, let it. Take a few minutes to think before u act when you're mad . Forgive quickly. God never said life would be easy . He just promised it would be worth it. Today is Brother's day, send this to all your brothers, fathers, sons and me if I am one. If you get back 7, you are loved. Happy brothers Day! I LOVE YA BROTHER!!! To the cool men that have touched my life. Here's to you!! A real Brother walks with u when the rest of the world walks on you. Send to all ur Brothers. For you Big Bro.Salute!!!😎 ##### this is the last thing Shane sent me/others. Great friend, great Father, ok golfer 🤪🙏🏽. He will be missed!!!

I met Shane in July of 2009 at Glenbrook Hyundai. I was a newbie in the car business. There was a instant friendship between us, we just got each other from day one. He was so kind and funny and just real in every way. We became very close friends that could talk about any and everything to each other. And in life you can count on one hand the people you would put in this category of a true friend not just a coworker or associate. We played golf together laughed a lot he was the best at one liner responses I have ever heard he could always make me have a belly laugh. We were competitive at work but always pulling for each other. He was the king of who sings that song the band and when the song came out. He was also unbeatable in Trivia Pursuit we would play a lot at slow times at work. I thank God for you Shane Sullivan you are gone to soon but you touched my life and I love you forever my brother. I know we will meet again in glory. You told me in the hospital you had accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior and that brings me such peace I had to know that. Fly high on that mountain my dear friend I miss you so much.

The day we first met in person I was so nervous. We had so many texts back and forth before we actually met. I have never had anyone talk to me and treat me the way you did. I just knew it couldn’t be real. It had to be a dream. The more time we spent together and all the talks, just made me realize there really are good guys out there. It took me a little while, but I had realized God had given me the best man anyone could love. You were always there to help anyone in need. We didn’t have as much time together as we wanted, but to me it felt like I had known you my whole life. We have so many memories together that I will treasure forever. Babe, know that I love you forever and always. Until we see each other again, my love for you will live on forever in my heart.

I remember the first day 7/25/1970 that I saw his little face, I fell in love for the second time in my life. Watching him grow into the man he had become has been such a blessing in my life. Thank you Shane for all the little memories, I will always have to remember you. I just wish you could still be here with me. I love you so much and you will always be with me until the day (I hope) I join you in your splendor! Love Mom
