

He was born on June 28, 1943 in Bryan, Ohio, the son of George and Virginia (Nofziger) Rhoades.
He graduated from Bryan High School in 1961, and later attended college.
Terry worked as a Steel Salesman for most of his career. His last position was at LaGrange Products in Fremont, Indiana. Terry and Jodie owned The Creamery ice cream shop in Fremont for 7 years. Terry loved to fish, enjoyed trips to the ocean, traveling to Aruba, and spending time with his family.
Survivors include Jodie Rhoades to whom he was married to for 24 years, his children, David (Theresa) Rhoades, Lori (Michael) McLain, Nathan (Jessica) Rhoades, and Jenna (Frank) Rios, eight grandchildren, his mother, Virginia Rhoades, a sister, Tina (Lowell) Bavin, and two brothers, Tim (Donna) Rhoades, and Todd (Dawn) Rhoades.
He was preceded in death by his father, George Rhoades.
Visitation will be held from 4 pm to 7 pm Thursday, July 6, 2017 at Fairview Missionary Church, Angola, Indiana.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM Friday July 7, 2017 at Fairview Missionary Church, 525 E. County Road 200 North, Angola, Indiana, with Pastor Norm Fuller officiating.
Memorial donations in his honor are requested to Kimball Camp, YMCA Nature Center, 4502 Berlin Drive, Reading, Michigan 49274.
