

Todd helped at the family orchard, Colonial House Orchard in Montgomery and with his father’s business, All Service Electric, in Fremont. He formerly worked in Fort Wayne for Hayber & Sons.
He graduated from Fremont High School.
He attended Stokes Chapel United Methodist Church.
Todd had many friends, and he enjoyed spending time with them and his family, he loved his family very much, and he was a big NASCAR fan.
He was born on Sept. 20, 1962, to Richard “Dick” Fisher and Dianne (Straw) Rubley.
Surviving are his mother,Dianne Rubley (Harris Smith of Fremont) of Montgomery, Mich., his father, Richard “Dick” and Mary Lou Fisher of Clear Lake, Ind., and his step-sisters, Melissa and Brian Ray of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Laura and Rolland Hamilton of Fort Wayne, Ind.; a step- niece and nephew, Joshua & Emily Ray of Fort Wayne, Ind., an uncle, Michael Fisher of Okeechobee, Fla., two cousins, Ted and Tony Fisher of Coldwater, Mich., and a close friend, Stormy Potter of Montgomery, Michigan.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Norbert Rubley, and a brother, Chris A. Fisher, who died April 13, 2012.
According to Todd's wishes cremation will take place.
Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, April 25, 2014 at Fremont Cemetery, Fremont, Indiana.
Memorials are to Stokes Chapel United Methodist Church.
Beams Funeral Home in Fremont, Indiana will announce the date of the graveside service at a later time.
