He was born on December 25, 1962 in Detroit, Michigan.
He served his Country in the US Army serving from 1980 until 1984.
Bill had a lengthy career in plastic molding and had served in management for number of years.
He enjoyed Hunting, fishing, following sports, NASCAR, and spending time with family and grandson.
Bill was a longstanding member of the Fremont Moose Lodge and Fremont American Legion Cassel Post # 257.
Bill and Tammy were together for 30 years.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy Collier of Fremont, Indiana, children, Tyler Minnich of Fremont, Indiana and Amy Neeley (Tyler Abbeg) of Fremont, Indiana, grandson, Carter Abbeg, brother Kirk (Rachel) Collier of Warren, Michigan, sister, Sherrie Brown of Eastpointe, Michigan, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Collier, and mother, Carmen Mary (Millis) Mills.
