I was blessed with being a father figure to Zach in the very early years of his life, I can still hear his 5 year old voice, one thing I'll always remember is how much he liked to laugh and make others laugh, thru Zach I learned early in my adult life you can be family without blood, I will always love Zach as if he were my own and am thankful for the times we were able to see each other and the words of forgiveness and acceptance for the way things were. I never stopped loving you,and you will forever be in my heart as my son. I am proud to have called myself your dad. I Love You.....Dad.

I dont have many memories with Zach because i didnt know him for very long before he got sick and diagnosed but i do remember the few times that he was in a bad mood or something had happened that day that wasnt to great and he would do his best to get throught it with laughter and if that didnt work on his own he would try to talk with others and make the best of every situation and try to get others to smile or laugh through his pain with him. Zach really was an awesome guy, like i said i didnt know him very long but he was great and i only wish I had become better friends with him and been able to share more memories. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Man theres so many memories to go back on.. cant pin point just one.. like the time we were riding bikes in the rain and wouldnt come inside like we were supposed to so moms friend jumped out of a 2 story window to chase us down, or the time we accidentally caught the house on fire on wall lake, or when we caught grandma & grandpa palmers field on fire, or when you threw me off grandma & grandpa hulls dock and I caught my eye on the corner and you were freaking out saying i had a hole in my eye cuz of all the blood , or when we rolled moms car into a bean field u told me grab plates an all an i come out carrying a bottle of windex cuz u said everything Haha we were so crazy growing up! The memory I cherish most is him witnessin the birth of his first neice, and being there as much as he was, he loved her so dearly and she loved him just as much, the two together were nothing but beautiful smiles and laughter.. I will cherish every memory dearly brother... you may be gone but you will live thru me.. there are no words to describe our bond and the love we had for each other.. fly high big brother I love you ❤ forever and always

Zach made me laugh constantly and always tried to keep a smile on my face. Ill always remember his funny impersonations he would do to make everyone laugh. He had a smile that no matter how mad or sad you were youd look and him and have to smile.....then he'd do or say something to make you laugh.
I miss you babe and I love you forever❤
