My sympathy to the family. I worked with Joan in real estate and enjoyed her cooking. Remember the good and fun times with her. My prayers are with you!

Joanie and I while on a real estate tour ventured upon an unattended and neglected garden. She coaxed me into picking some rhubarb because it was going to rot soon. Every time I saw Joanie she asked me if I would like to go rhubarb picking and howled over in laughter. " What would your father do?", she asked me. PICK THE RUHUBARB JOANIE! When I make it over the other side we will be raiding gardens again! Amy Chudzinski

My deepest condolences to the Bowden family on the loss of Joanie. We were classmates for 12 yrs at St. Joe's and also shared the same birthday. Always enjoyed meeting with her at class reunions. She always had such a "lust for life". Clare Mae (Missig) Jordan
