Adell "Andy" Anderson Jr.

He lived and attended elementary schools in Fresno, CA including Central High School until he moved to Fowler, CA in 2014. He graduated from Fowler High School in 2015. Andy played the guitar and was a member of the choir at St. Lucy’s Church in Fowler, CA. In 2019, he decided to follow the footsteps of his father and joined the United States Marine Corp.

Andy has reunited with his parents, Adell Anderson Sr. and Maria Alcazar-Anderson and his grandparents, Manuel and Ramona Alcazar.

Andy is survived by his wife, Chloe; his aunt and uncle, Rita and John Garza, and their children, John Garza and his daughter, Kaliyah Garza, Stephanie Garza, Anthony and Dolores Alcazar, Victor Alcazar, and Armando and Madelyn Alcazar. He will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be held at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home, 836 E Nees Ave Fresno, CA 93720, on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, from 3:00pm to 7:00pm

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at St. Joseph Church, 2441 Dockery Ave., Selma, CA at 9:00 a.m. followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m on Thursday, February 23, 2023. Interment will be held at Fowler Cemetery.
