Born on September 15, 1951, in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, to loving parents Wei Hao Xiang and Jiang Wan You, Alice was the youngest of three children. Alice studied hard in China and graduated high school. She began her career as a farmer in China, where she grew rice. After moving to the United States, she worked at her older sister's market, AC Market, where she was employed in the meat department.
Alice met her husband, Joe Jiang (Gong Yew Chew), through the recommendation of a village elder. They met, and later married in 1975 in Guangzhou, China. Together, they welcomed two children, a daughter, Julie, and a son, Michael.
Alice's life was devoted to her children, and she found immense joy in providing for them. She cherished creating new memories through everything from family trips to just spending time at home. Alice loved to cook and feed others, she enjoyed taking long walks in the morning, gardening, watching YouTube videos on her iPad, learning new recipes, and talking to friends and family on the phone. She also loved traveling with her family, listening to Chinese music, and her favorite color was red.
A loving mother, Alice sacrificed and gave her all for her children, who were her everything. She always had the ability to laugh at herself and shared many laughs with her family. She had an infectious laugh and was known for sometimes laughing until she had tears running down her face.
Alice is survived by her loving husband, Joe Jiang (Gong Yew Chew), her daughter, Julie Jiang, her son, Michael Jiang, and her brother, George Ngai. She was preceded in death by her father, Wei Hao Xiang, her mother, Jiang Wan You, and her sister, Line Jung.

A visitation for Alice will be held at Stephens and Bean Funeral Chapel, located at 202 North Teilman Avenue, Fresno, California, on June 30, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. The funeral service for Alice will follow at 10:00 am at the same location. The committal service will take place following the funeral service across the street at Belmont Memorial Park, 201 N Teilman Avenue, Fresno, California.
