He was the owner of Andrew Mulligan Bobcat Services.
Andrew is survived by his wife, Bera and granddaughter, Anais Mulligan, sister Velma Evans, brother Charles Mulligan, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 2, 2017 at from 12:00 noon to 4::00 pm at the Lisle Funeral Home , 1605 "L" Street, Fresno, CA 93721.
A Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Clovis District Cemetery at 11:00 am.
