She was preceded in death by her parents, Manuel L. Sanchez, and Gregoria H. Sanchez; brothers, Manuel H. Sanchez, and Edward H. Sanchez; her husband, Manuel Y. Benavidez; and her daughter, Beatrice J. Benavidez.
Angie is survived by her children, Robert Benavidez and wife Kiyoko, Benjamin Benavidez, Betty Jo Benavidez, Maxine Castanon and her husband Jim, and Lawrence Benavidez and his wife Sandra; 22 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great grandchildren; and her siblings, Eugene Sanchez, and Celia S. Lucero.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Friday, February 17, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon,
followed by Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 12:00 noon.
