Hank served in the Army during WWII. He was well known in the community for his participation as a co-owner of Faretta's, one of the first restaurant-bars to be opened in California after the repeal of prohibition in 1933. Hank, his sisters Rose and Mary and brother Ted and Hank's wife Angelina (Jean) successfully operated the business founded by his parents until 1980.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Mae, Rose and Mary; and brother, Ted.
Hank is survived by his wife of 66 years, Jean; niece, Toni Jordan; nephews, Robert Gennuso and Ronald Giglio; and several grandnieces and grandnephews.
