She graduated from Edison High School in 1952. She married her husband James Weems of 46 years in 1953 who has preceded her in death, along with Rodney Eckhardt, her sister Darlene and her husband Bud Fransue.
Arlene worked for Pacific Telephone for 31 years. She started in 1952 and retired in 1984. During her time at Pacific Telephone she worked many different positions and location throughout California. After her retirement from MA BELL, she went to work for ATAPCO Office Supply Company for 10 years.
She loved all of her animals, especially her beloved poodle, Ruby Baby.
Arlene enjoyed being with friends attending luncheons and playing Bingo.
She is survived by Eddie and his wife Marian Eckhardt, long with many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Sunday January 24, 2016 at Stephens & Bean Chapel from 12-5pm.
Funeral Service will be Monday January 25, 2016 at 11am at the chapel.
