Armen Michaelian

Armen, our rock, was delivered to the Lord on May 31, 2011. Beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother and friend. Armen was a superb dentist and gave of his craft to the community of Fresno for more than 45 years. His success in his profession enabled him to raise the five most important people in his life, daughters, Wendy and Mandy; and sons, Joshua, Jonah and Aaron. He loved his children deeply and unconditionally and adored their mother, his wife of 44 years, Phyllis Ann.

Armen "Coach", "Daz", "D" loved the Steelers, annual family vacations in Santa Cruz and his dogs. He was a self-proclaimed WWII historian, art critic and interior designer.

Our hearts are broken, but we will remain strong in your honor. We love you Dad.

In addition to his wife and children; Armen is survived by grandchildren, Jordan, Arika, Gianna, Lila, Jack and Ruby; his big brother, Robert; daughter-in-law, Sara; and son-in-law, Robert.

Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home, on Sunday, June 5, 2011 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

A Funeral Service will be held at Pilgrim Armenian Congregational Church on Monday, June 6, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.
